Compared the export against local Projects/Skills. Imported 31 missing Perplexity Computer user skills into /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md. Skipped 4 existing local collisions for deliberate merge review instead of overwriting active local copies: batch-indexnow, notion-session-export, pre-publish-qa, and wp-site-health.
Patched sidebar anti-reversion guidance in /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/sail-design-system/SKILL.md, /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/sail-page-layouts/SKILL.md, /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/sail-design-foundation/SKILL.md, and /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md.
