Summary

Removed the visible sidebar form eyebrow at the renderer level by updating the live MU-plugin sal-custom-contact-intake-v2.php. Sidebar placement now skips the .sa-inline-form-kicker span entirely while footer and other placements keep their existing behavior.

What Shipped

• Live renderer changed at /home/1615235.cloudwaysapps.com/fctbkwwahp/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/sal-custom-contact-intake-v2.php.
• Sidebar form header and title remain centered.
• Custom intake backend compatibility was preserved. The form still uses data-rest-endpoint="<https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/?rest_route=/sal/v1/contact-intake>" and retained required hidden fields including tracking fields and honeypot company.
• No homepage edits were made.
• No real lead submission or staff notification test was run.

Checks passed: no sidebar eyebrow markup, no visible eyebrow, centered form header/title, endpoint compatibility, no action="#", all required hidden fields present, honeypot offscreen and untabbable, consent present, room for validation states, no horizontal scroll, no title overflow, focus order looks top-down, and no browser console errors.
