Built a 16-skill SAIL-specific design system that overrides the generic design:design-system plugin and addresses every gap and overwrite/revert risk surfaced in the research pass.
10 new core design skills (all at Skills/sail-*):
sail-design-foundation — single source of truth for tokens (color, type, spacing, radius, shadow, motion, breakpoints, z-index, container widths). Every other sail-design-* skill inherits from this.sail-ui-kit — buttons, inputs, chips, badges, eyebrows, segmented toggles, breadcrumbs, tooltips, link styles, loading states.sail-hero-blocks — 6 hero variants (image-bg, video-bg, portrait, asymmetric editorial, map-bg, gradient + radial glow).sail-page-layouts — 3 layouts (standard + sticky sidebar, editorial chapter, landing-page bands) + container truth table + sa/sal/BEM migration plan.sail-sidebars — 5 modules (CTA, trust, video, case-result rotator, related) with the position: sticky fix the production practice-area page is missing.sail-page-breaks — 3 divider variants + 5 interstitial blocks.
