Summary

Completed the live Salesforce/Litify update to add Demand Sent Date and Last Offer Date to the Matter Key Dates section.

What Was Accomplished

Live checks confirmed there was no existing Matter date field for Demand Sent Date or Last Offer Date. The only existing offer-related Matter field found was litify_pm__Pre_Lit_Offer_Amount__c, a currency field.

Created litify_pm__Matter__c.Demand_Sent_Date__c:

• Label: Demand Sent Date
• Type: Date
• Required: false

Created litify_pm__Matter__c.Last_Offer_Date__c:

• Label: Last Offer Date
• Type: Date
• Required: false

Added both fields to the litify_pm__Matter__c-Take Action Release Layout Key Dates section.

Placement:

• Left column: Open Date, Discharge Date, Demand Sent Date
• Right column: Closed Date, Ready to Write, Last Offer Date

Granted read/edit field-level access to active human Litify profiles, including System Administrator, Litify Intakes Agent, Litify Intakes Manager, Litify Paralegal/Case Manager, Litify Attorney, Litify Power User, Litify Standard User, Litify Legal Assistant, Litify Accounting User, Litify Marketing User, and Litify Partner (SAIL).
