Completed the PTO admin correction solution requested by Sam. The work focused on making the process easier for Jennifer Hubbard, not coaching around a mistake.
Live Salesforce deployment succeeded in LITIFY_ORG.

The PTO policy service now uses PTO_Submitted_At_Override__c as the submitted time when an authorized PTO admin enters it. PTO_Admin_Correction_Reason__c is required when the override timestamp is used. The normal unscheduled PTO cap still applies to genuinely late requests.
This is intentionally not a global bypass. It gives Jennifer a clean correction path for a request that was originally timely but later corrected or re-entered.
Amy Jones's PTO request is now approved live.
