What Sam asked for

Review the /Demand Refining and Prompting folder which was supposed to be prompts and fixes for Eve.legal but contained references to Claude, .bak files, and other Cowork-only artifacts. Sam wants to feed Eve skills to draft demands. Assume Eve will have the case file docs.

What was done

Quarantined the junk (rollback safe)

Moved into _ARCHIVE_2026-05-18/:

• .backup_pre_tier_swap/ (11 .bak files from a May 15 tier swap)
• 00 Library/_source-inputs/ (earlier draft versions labeled not binding per the parent README)

Built _EVE READY/

New top-level folder. Self-contained. No Claude/Cowork/local-path references. Structure:

• README.md : entry point and onboarding flow
• _CHANGE LOG 2026-05-18.md : the audit trail
• Firm Playbook/ : six binding docs to hand to Eve onboarding (Core Rules, Design Spec, Review Process, Master Template Outline, Addenda, Anti Slop Rules)
• Agents/ : 12 agent folders with instructions.md + exemplars.md (Demand drafters: BI, UM, UIM, Dog Bite, Premises, Trucking, Commercial. Process agents: Medical Overview, Pre-Demand QA, Post-Demand QA, Trucking Company Research, File Review)
• Case Briefs/ : six per-case-type templates (BI, UM, UIM, Dog Bite, Premises, Trucking)
• Exemplars/README.md : universal checklist for picking the two demand letters per agent Eve learns from

Cowork side left intact

00 Library/, 01 Skills/, 02 Prompts/, 03 Reference Demands/, 04 Active Cases/ are unchanged. They remain Cowork's prep and QA tooling. Updated the parent 00_README.md with a notice at the top pointing to _EVE READY/ for Eve onboarding.
