Checked whether the sidebar intake form mockups from May 13 had been deployed to aguiarinjurylawyers.com.
Local project check: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/New project 3 still contains the sidebar work only under mockups/sidebar-form-options/. No deployable theme/plugin/sidebar renderer changes for these variants were present in the local project scan.
Live site check: sampled representative sidebar pages and posts, including minimum insurance, property damage, Lexington car accident, and TRIMARC/DOT footage content. The sampled pages still render aside.sa-sidebar with CTA/trust blocks and zero forms inside those sidebar asides. No custom-intake-sidebar or data-renderer="custom-intake-sidebar" markers were found. The public pages do include /sal/v1/contact-intake references from the site-wide/custom intake system, but not as deployed versions of these sidebar mockups.
Notion check: found the May 13 mockup export, sidecar research, implementation guidance, and later related form repair notes. I did not find a record that Sam approved and deployed one of the sidebar variants.
No evidence that any of the three sidebar form mockup options have been deployed yet. Current status appears to be: mockups and guidance exist, related form repairs happened elsewhere, but sidebar rollout remains pending.
If this moves forward, the safest next action remains a staged pilot of Option A using the maintained custom intake renderer/shortcode pattern, not static HTML. Also account for the property damage page sidebar layout issue before broad rollout.
Deployment status check is complete and no live changes were made.
