Summary of work done

Updated the RingCentral Matter panel to match Sam's latest direction: the RingCentral panel is no longer trying to be an all-purpose Matter communications timeline. The Notes tab remains the durable mixed timeline. Inside RingCentral, SMS mode now shows the RingCentral compose/sign-in area plus a matter-specific Text Messages bubble thread underneath. Summaries and History are call-focused only.

Behavior changes shipped:

• SMS rows are hidden from home/history timeline and rendered only under SMS.
• The staff UI no longer exposes SMS Magic / legacy source labels in the SMS bubbles.
• Note-backed SMS bodies are cleaned so the bubbles show the actual message text, not Direction / From / To / Staff metadata tables.
• Call summaries/history no longer show visible Dialpad platform clutter.
• Historical call cards with raw recording/summary URL ledger text now show a cleaner linked-details message.
• Vendor-prefixed call titles such as Dialpad Call - Voicemail are normalized for staff display.
