Summary

Deployed a targeted RingCentral/Litify Matter panel improvement. The RingCentral panel now places Communication Notes at the top, above the recipient selector, and treats it as a staff-entered communication preference note. It no longer renders Billing Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Marital Status, or other auto-filled Account details inside the RingCentral panel.

What changed

• Apex LitifyRingCentralContextController now keeps Account.Image__c as the communication-note source and adds saveCommunicationNotes(recordId, noteText) to save staff-entered notes back to the linked Matter or Intake party Account.
• The controller stopped querying and rendering sensitive Account detail rows for the RingCentral panel.
• litifyRingCentralPanel now shows Communication Notes before Recipient, with Add/Edit, textarea, character count, Cancel, and Save controls.
• Tests were updated so the sensitive detail fields remain present in test data but do not render in RingCentral context.
• No SMS Magic records, SMS Magic package settings, or SMS automations were deleted or disabled.

Verification

• Live field check confirmed Account.Image__c is label Important Details, rich text area 1000, editable field type.
• Check-only deploy succeeded: 0AfUV000001X0Th0AK, 5/5 tests passed.
• Production deploy succeeded: 0AfUV000001X0VJ0A0, 5/5 tests passed.
• Playwright QA on live Matter a0LUV00000BBjTJ2A1 confirmed Communication Notes appears before Recipient, the panel slice does not include Social Security Number, Billing Address, or Date of Birth, and the no-save Add Note interaction opens the note editor with 0/900 and Save.
