Summary of work done

Improved the RingCentral Matter panel transcript UI so timestamped RingSense transcript text no longer renders as one large run-on paragraph. The panel now parses transcript text that follows the [HH:MM:SS] Speaker text pattern and renders it as a scrollable list of transcript turns:

• timestamp chip on the left,
• detected speaker name when available,
• readable spoken text in its own block,
• mobile fallback that stacks the timestamp above the text.

If a transcript does not parse cleanly, the panel falls back to the prior plain transcript text display so no transcript content is lost.

Changed files:

• force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.html: added structured transcript-turn rendering inside the existing timeline card.
• force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.js: added transcript parsing, speaker detection, and fallback helpers.
• force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.css: added transcript turn, timestamp, speaker, and mobile styles.

No SMS Magic records, RingCentral send paths, call/SMS button behavior, or data model were changed.

QA and deployment evidence

• Parser smoke test split the sample transcript into timestamped turns.
• Check-only deploy: 0AfUV000001X13B0AS, succeeded with 9/9 tests passing.
• Production deploy: 0AfUV000001X14n0AC, succeeded with 1 Lightning component deployed and 9/9 tests passing.
• Post-deploy live retrieve succeeded and confirmed the new transcript template, parser helpers, and CSS are present in the live litifyRingCentralPanel bundle.
• Visual QA against the authenticated Salesforce page was blocked by the Playwright session being redirected to Salesforce login, so a local mock visual using the deployed styling was captured here: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/playwright-mcp-output/ringcentral-transcript-cleaner-mock-2026-05-18.png.
