• Backed up the pre-change field metadata to /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/backups/litify-request-type-picklist-2026-05-17/litify_pm__Request_Type__c.field-meta.pre-cleanup.xml.
• Deployed a metadata change marking 18 values inactive so they are no longer selectable options.
• Verified after deployment that none of the 18 mapped values remain active and that the field now has 44 active selectable values.
