Summary Of Work Done
Sent a parallel audit agent to independently review the live Personal Insurance Delivery Driver page and compare it to the local proposed mockup.

Independent Agent Findings
The agent confirmed the page is broken in the current live state:
- High severity: body-copy bold rule is still broken. The live page has 19 non-link bold body-copy items, including livery/business/commercial-use exclusion, app status, delivery in progress, commercial branding, UM/UIM, and denial-step labels.
- High severity: the page misses the main design opportunity. Insurance-exclusion triggers and the post-denial coverage stack are category/sequence-heavy sections but currently render as plain ordered lists. The live rendered audit found zero visual cards.
- Medium severity: jargon needs more plain-English framing. ISO, UM/UIM, PIP, Window 2, 50/100/25, three-window delivery company policy, and transportation network driver need clearer client-facing explanations or visual labels.
- Medium severity: FAQs are structurally valid but somewhat repetitive. Suggested distinct FAQ focus areas include denial letter, app status proof, household policy review, PIP timing, and whether suing the driver is usually necessary.
- Medium severity: bottom CTA is generic and should tie directly to denied delivery-driver insurance claims and coverage stacking.
- Low/technical: live markup has malformed wrapper issues, including odd paragraph closures around main content and schema. Browser parsing recovers the page, but it is brittle and should be cleaned before publishing another revision.
The agent did not find a Related Content violation because no Related Content section exists on the live page. It also found H1/trust-strip spacing acceptable in the rendered page.
Mockup Verdict
The agent said the existing mockup is directionally good but should be improved before publishing. It fixes the automated bold gate, adds 8 visual cards across 2 grids, and keeps mobile cards centered. Recommended improvements before publish:
- Clean malformed wrapper markup.
- Make the bottom CTA page-specific.
- Add a small Related Content block tied to delivery insurance gaps and the delivery accident cluster.
