The section shown in Sam's screenshot was too generic and sounded AI-written. I replaced the old "What Happens After You Call" numbered-card section with a more human first-call section titled "You can start messy. We will help sort it out." The revised copy tells visitors they do not need perfect facts, every record, or the legal category before contacting the firm.
