Summary of work done

Sam flagged that the Kentucky location hub visual was not actually a Kentucky map. That was correct. The previous visual was an abstract service-area blob with dots, not a Kentucky-shaped map, and should not have been treated as acceptable.

Completed corrections:

• Replaced the abstract blob on https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/locations/kentucky/ with a real Kentucky outline SVG based on a public Wikimedia/Pinhead outline source.
• Added marked city pins for Louisville, Lexington, Mt. Sterling, Pikeville, and Corbin.
• Added scoped CSS marker codex-kentucky-real-map-2026-05-17.
• Answered the blue styling issue: the navy came from the firm navy/white/orange style direction and, on the truck page, the existing .sa-toc-wrap template. The prior contrast patch reinforced that navy. It was too heavy, so it was softened.
• Patched https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/truck-accident-lawyers/ so the On This Page block is now a light card with orange accent rather than a dark navy bar.
• During QA, detected the truck page had slipped back to older Types of Truck Accidents on Kentucky Roads content while still carrying some appended CSS markers. Restored the intended Truck Accident Lawyers content from the local backup and republished it.
• Reapplied the truck visual patches and mobile width patches after restoring the correct content.
• Cleared WordPress, Cloudways, and Cloudflare caches.

QA performed

Public HTML checks after restore:

• https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/locations/kentucky/ returns 200, contains codex-kentucky-real-map-2026-05-17, and contains sa-ky-outline.
• https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/truck-accident-lawyers/ returns 200, title is Truck Accident Lawyers | Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, contains codex-truck-toc-light-2026-05-17, contains Truck Accident Lawyers, and no longer shows the old types-page title in the checked top content.

Reason for session ending

The specific map and blue TOC issues are corrected and QA artifacts were saved. Playwright browser cache had tool instability again, so Chrome headless screenshots were used for the final desktop proof in this pass.
