Importance
High. This was a correction on a high-value practice-area page where prior work missed obvious live-rendered defects.
Current status
Complete for the pedestrian accident page repair. The live page is published at https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/practice-areas/pedestrian-accident/ and passed desktop plus mobile Playwright QA.
What shipped
- Rebuilt the live WordPress page ID 61283 into a stronger practice-area page, not a thin resource shell.
- Updated the page title and H1 to Kentucky Pedestrian Accident Attorneys.
- Replaced the wrong office-building hero with the live media-library pedestrian crash/crosswalk image, media ID 44875.
- Added a visible On This Page dropdown before the main content.
- Added visitor-first opening copy before data/stat material.
- Added page-native visuals, proof checklist, timeline, stat strip, and comparison ledger sections.
- Rebuilt the CTA so the Call Now text is visible and no longer hidden.
- Rebuilt the Google review panel to use Rebecca D. with a Google mark instead of the broken Google review from pattern.
- Removed comparative-fault FAQ content and rebuilt FAQPage schema to match the visible six FAQ entries.
- Balanced Louisville and Lexington language so the page speaks to Kentucky, not only Louisville.
- Centered page headings in the repair CSS, consistent with Sam's sitewide preference unless an explicit exception exists.
Root cause
The failure was not a single typo. It was live-state drift plus overly narrow patching. Prior correction work appears to have checked an individual replacement area rather than the full rendered practice-area standard. The page passed through with an image mismatch, thin structure, CTA readability failure, missing TOC, geographic overfocus, and a prohibited comparative-fault FAQ. That should have blocked completion.
