Ran live QA on the Personal Insurance Delivery Driver page:
https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/practice-areas/delivery-vehicle-accidents/personal-insurance-delivery-driver/
The public content-quality gate failed because the page currently contains non-link bold body copy. The examples include livery/business/commercial-use exclusion, app status, delivery in progress, commercial branding, UM/UIM, and the denial-step labels.
REST inspection confirmed this is not just cache. The WordPress edit payload currently has no .sa-viz-card content, zero visual cards, and 14 raw <strong> tags. The page was modified on 2026-05-17 at 09:15:40.
Revision inspection showed the 10 most recent revisions available through REST, including 2026-05-17 09:15:40, 2026-05-17 08:49:04, 2026-05-16 20:08:44, and 2026-05-16 12:13:06, all have zero visual cards and the old bold pattern. This strongly indicates the earlier visual treatment was overwritten by later WordPress revisions, not merely hidden by CSS.
Created a local mockup restoring the visual treatment for this page:
/Users/samaguiar/Documents/New project/outputs/personal-insurance-qa-2026-05-17/personal-insurance-proposed-mockup.html
The mockup:
Live page status: failed content gate because of non-link bold body copy and missing visual cards.
Mockup status: passed content-quality gate and local render QA.
