Key findings

1. /practice-areas/car-accident-lawyer/ failed the hero guardrails on both public and origin.
2. /louisville-car-accident-lawyer/ redirected on both surfaces to /practice-areas/car-accident-lawyer/ via Rank Math, so it inherited the same broken hero state.
3. /practice-areas/truck-accident-lawyer/ and the rotating Lexington page resolved cleanly and passed on both surfaces.
4. This was not EDGE_DRIFT, so the blocker is live source/template state rather than stale Cloudflare edge HTML.

Preflight

• BASH=BROKEN because no WSL distro is installed for the bash health check.
