Sam pointed out that titles like [RingSense] Outbound call with Leslee Ahrend should not include [RingSense] because the badge/source already communicates it. Staff should see a natural title like Outbound call with Leslee Ahrend.

What Was Done

• Updated LitifyRingCentralContextController.cls to strip a leading [RingSense] prefix from timeline titles before returning them to the LWC.
• Added Apex test coverage in LitifyRingCentralContextControllerTest.cls proving the clean title appears and the raw prefixed title does not.
• Kept the timeline source label intact so internal/source metadata is still available.

Validation

The direct sf apex run test command hit a Salesforce CLI null-id bug: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'Id'). The check-only deploy path ran the specified test class successfully, which is the authoritative validation for deploy readiness.
