Purpose

This hub is the active source for the 2026-05-12 SAIL Knowledge Base hygiene pass. The cleanup method is reversible: no pages are deleted, older records keep their historical content, and updated records get a Current status note plus cleaner properties.

Cleanup rules

• Use existing database fields only.
• Do not delete pages.
• Preserve historical records, but prevent them from leading future agents with stale instructions.
• Mark current source-of-truth pages as Active with handoff-index and QA: Clean.
• Mark historical/superseded pages as Complete, Priority=Low, and add correction plus drift-prevention where useful.
• Keep genuine blockers as Needs Follow-up with QA: Open and a clear blocker summary.

Searched for: QA: Open, Needs Follow-up, In Progress, draft PR, blocked, stale, pending approval, source of truth, old local paths, and old branch/handoff language.
