Status: Built, plist installed at ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.samaguiar.git-locks-cleanup.plist. One launchctl load required by Sam to activate, OR auto-loads on next login.

Q3 (A): Mirror-map auto-discovery scan

Status: Built and wired into the SKILL.md flow as new Step 4.
