Unspace ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is a personal social application published by Agash Guganathan, an individual sole trader established in France.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Agash Guganathan acts as the data controller for all personal data processed through the Unspace application.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you use the Unspace mobile application (iOS). It also explains your rights under the GDPR and how to exercise them.
It does not cover third-party services we link to (such as the App Store, external websites referenced inside posts, or Giphy's content). When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply.
We collect the following categories of personal data, all of which are linked to your account:
