Producing a fourth HTML draft would have deepened the backlog without value, so this run pivoted to a tight blueprint-only deliverable plus a concrete unstick proposal.

• No image generation. Banana skill needs file system + webp conversion, both gated by ENOSPC.

The samaguiar1982-cpu/seo-cloud-runner GitHub repo already has WP_APP_USER, WP_APP_PASSWORD, SSH_HOST, SSH_PORT, SSH_USER, SSH_PASS, SITE_URL, and WP_PATH configured as secrets (verified by reading .github/workflows/weekly.yml). Building a deploy harness is a one-PR job: add deploy-drafts.yml (workflow_dispatch only, draft-only), add scripts/deploy_drafts.py, drop the queued drafts into drafts-queue/, dispatch.
