The Unit Scorecard is the single-unit version of our flagship scorecard format. It shows every KPI configured for the unit, color-coded against its benchmark, so you can spot what's strong and what needs attention.
What You'll See
- All active KPIs for the unit in a single tabular view
- Color coding (green / yellow / red) based on each KPI's benchmark settings — Median, Average, Goal, or None
- Period-over-period comparisons so you can see if the unit is improving or backsliding
- Drill-downs into the underlying data point that built each KPI
Who Uses It
Franchisees use the Unit Scorecard as their weekly or monthly self-check. Coaches and franchisor support reps use it to prep for one-on-one performance conversations.
