• Auto-applied 61 EXACT campaign-level negatives via Google Ads API v21 (partial_failure mutate)
• All 61 logged with rollback resource_names in outputs/auto-applied/applied-2026-05-03.json and 2026-05-03.md
• Skipped 2 false-positives: altima morgan (Nissan crash search), morgan lawyer (too generic)
• Top blocked term: anna noakes attorney ($22.54/week waste)

• New Lane B auto-apply: every competitor-list match auto-applies EXACT, no manual review
• friendly-attorneys.json defined as the only exception list (Q4 — file not yet scaffolded)

• partial_failure mutate documented for the Lane B batch
