Zapier Next Step

Create two Zaps: GBP Review -> Litify Review__c - Louisville and GBP Review -> Litify Review__c - Lexington. Trigger on Google Business Profile New Review (Instant), scoped to each location. In Salesforce, find Review__c by Google_Review_Resource_Name__c, create if missing, update only stars/comment/reviewer/update time if found and update time changed. Connect Salesforce as google-reviews-sync@kylawoffice.com, not chund+aguiar@casestatus.com.
