Built a reusable dry-run exporter and generated a live remediation pack for the bi-weekly status-call family. Live May 2 baseline: 6,390 total rows, 3,950 open, 2,504 overdue open, 424 duplicate matters, 230 same-due-date groups, 194 mixed-due-date groups, and 692 proposed duplicate-close rows. Blocking a new duplicate is safe as long as one existing open same-subject task remains visible on the matter. Next step: prove the Sam-created burst execution path, then implement the singleton-open guard and rollback-safe duplicate-collapse pass.
