By using VibeFit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
VibeFit provides AI-assisted styling, outfit generation, Fit Check guidance, style reports, look history, and shopping-list organization for personal use.
Generated looks, style reports, outfit suggestions, and Fit Check results are creative recommendations. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from real-world clothing. You are responsible for deciding whether to use any suggestion.
You must have the right to upload any photo or garment image you submit. Do not upload images that violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
Premium subscriptions may unlock features such as unlimited Glow Up generations, Fit Check try-ons, regeneration, full look history, and shopping cart capabilities. Plans may be offered weekly, monthly, or yearly. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
Premium access is intended for normal personal use. We may apply reasonable limits, cooldowns, or queueing to protect service stability, prevent abuse, and manage AI generation costs.
You may not use VibeFit to create illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content. You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the app or backend services.
VibeFit owns the app, interface, software, prompts, branding, and service design. You retain rights you already have in your uploaded photos. Generated outputs are provided for your personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of our AI service providers.
AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, or be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, provider limits, maintenance, moderation, or service issues. We may update, change, or remove features over time.
