Session Overview

Sam dropped 44 Screaming Frog CSV exports from the May 1, 2026 crawl of aguiarinjurylawyers.com into the workspace folder and asked Claude to consolidate them into 1-4 spreadsheets, write a summary report, and produce agent instruction files for the fixes. Sam's standing rules apply: rollback paths required, no demanding language, his approval before any production change. The session expanded mid-stream to also pre-pull GSC + Ahrefs data for the priority URLs and to start agent_01 read-only diagnosis.

What Was Accomplished

4 Consolidated Workbooks

All saved to /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/seo/Screaming Frog 5.1.26/_Consolidated_Audit/:

Each workbook opens to a Summary sheet with severity coding (High / Medium / Low). Each underlying CSV became one sheet with bold navy headers (#0B212D), frozen top row, autofilter on, columns auto-sized to 60-char cap. Built with openpyxl in Python.

Executive Summary

00_Executive_Summary.md covers the top 5 findings, a 'looks worse than it is' callout (most external 4xx are bot-blocked sites), and a suggested order of attack. Updated late in the session with a new finding from the Ahrefs cross-reference: /12014-2/ is a 404 with 333 referring domains, second-most-linked URL on the entire site after the homepage.

10 Agent Instruction Files

In _Consolidated_Audit/AGENT_INSTRUCTIONS/. Each is self-contained, includes a rollback strategy, and requires Sam's approval before any production change. The shared 00_README_FOR_AGENTS.md carries the ground rules so individual briefs stay short.
