  2. Verified primary mirror map: Skills/post-run-qa-reflection/SKILL.md ⇔ Claude/Scheduled/_post-run-qa-reflection.md. SHA256 match. No sync needed.
  3. Cross-checked Skills_Library/ mirror per step 3 of task SKILL.md. Found 24 dirs missing.
  4. Auto-copied 24 missing dirs from Skills/ to Skills_Library/.
  5. Discovered commit 79035d2 (2026-04-24) deprecating Skills_Library/ as a required mirror. The task SKILL.md step 3 is stale.
  6. Attempted to revert the 24 unauthorized copies; Cowork sandbox blocked the deletes. Left untracked, did not commit.
  7. Wrote run summary to /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex/skills-scheduled-mirror-sync/2026-04-30.md.
  8. Pushed workflow entry to SAIL KB.

Decision Rationale
Followed task SKILL.md step 3 literally Step 3 was explicit and the deprecation was discovered mid-run.
Did not commit to Projects/ Once deprecation was discovered, committing the 24 copies would lock in a policy violation.
Did not commit to Scheduled/ No sync action happened in the primary mirror map.
Tagged Notion entry QA: Open Drift was found AND auto-resolved per task instruction, but auto-resolution conflicts with policy.
Skipped _gads-start-here.md from auto-canonicalization No canonical exists; needs Sam's structural decision, not an autonomous fix.
