Sam noted that the file-organizer pass did not recommend renames. This was a valid missing part of the organization plan. The correction adds a separate rename-recommendation lane while keeping renames approval-only.

A file-organizer run should recommend obvious rename candidates when names are unclear, typo-like, duplicate-wrapper, prefix-cluttered, or not staff-friendly. Rename recommendations must be separate from move/delete/dedupe work and remain approval-only.
Rename recommendations: A recommended: create a dry-run rename packet for the P1/P2 recommendations with exact current/proposed names, shortcut-risk notes, rollback script, and no live renames yet. B: execute only the low-risk capitalization/grammar P2 trucking renames with rollback. C: leave names as-is and keep only the index/root cleanup. D: Other.
