Create cleaned-up Salesforce/Litify report variants for Lexington Leads and Signed Cases, limited to year-to-date Lexington auto accident leads, with usable grouping, subtotals, details, and native report charts.

Intakes with Matter dropped unsigned/no-matter leads, so the all-leads reports now use the Intake report type. The signed-only report keeps Intakes with Matter to expose Matter stage.Current Lexington Leads and Signed Cases marks Lexington by litify_pm__Intake__c.litify_pm__Case_City__c = Lexington.
Older 859/606 reporting was checked and uses litify_pm__Intake__c.litify_pm__Phone_Area_Code__c = 859,606, which is not reliable enough. Existing EKY_Client__c formulas on Intake and Matter are client billing county based, not phone based, but they do not cover accident-location county on unsigned Intakes.
Add a durable Lexington/EKY Market formula or checkbox that returns true when either accident location or client billing address is in the 859/606 market area. The accident-location side should use county/ZIP mapping rather than phone area code. Update these reports to use that field after approval.
