Session Overview

Sam identified that the "Flat 35% fee" messaging appearing throughout the website is not a UVP. The actual UVP embedded in the fee structure is "No Increased Litigation Fees," which communicates the benefit (your fee doesn't jump to 40-45% at litigation) rather than a commodity detail (the specific percentage). The screenshot Sam shared showed the Louisville Personal Injury Attorneys hero with "Flat 35% fee. $0 out of pocket. Always." in the subtitle, which triggered the request.

The session had three phases:

  1. Audit every instance of "35%" across all location pages (live site + GitHub repo + SA skill template)
  2. Build and execute a comprehensive find-and-replace engine to remove or replace every instance
  3. Push all 42 updated pages to the live site via the WP REST API

Sam explicitly said no spot-checking was needed, but wanted the pages to have strong CTAs, correct UVPs, accurate brand colors, contact info, and internal links.

What Was Accomplished

Phase 1: Comprehensive Audit

Used the GitHub API to search the samaguiar1982-cpu/projects repo for all files containing "35%." Found references in:

Used wide_browse to scan all 32 original location page URLs in parallel, extracting every 35% instance with its exact section location (hero subtitle, trust bar, sidebar guarantee box, sidebar trust list, highlight box, stat card, steps list, CTA banner, body paragraphs, FAQ answers).

Phase 2: Replacement Engine

Built a Python replacement script that processes each page through dozens of pattern-specific replacements ordered from most specific to least specific.
