Run a broader live naming sweep across reports, list views, and dashboards to identify quick-win clutter on the control path.

Confirmed live findings

• Audit typo items This Tear, Wtiness, and Work Comp did not turn into current shared report/dashboard clutter.
• This Tear search returned Reports 0 and Dashboards 0.
• Wtiness did not surface a live bad label; results corrected to Witness.
• Work Comp was not a report/dashboard label; the only live hit checked was a single free-text role comment on record ROL-380578 / matter MAT-23091163144.
• Separate previously confirmed naming issue still stands: duplicate active Witness values on the managed Role Category picklist.

Dashboard naming sweep completed live

Recent dashboards confirmed two competing naming systems:

• New April 26, 2026 Firm Analytics Dashboards set by Sam: Trucking, Spend, Spanish, Signed Cases, Metrics, Lexington, Leads, Demographics, Attribution.
• Older verbose ... Dashboard and mixed-format set in older folders: Reviews Dashboard, Lead Funnel Dashboard, Marketing Spend, Accounting Dashboard, MVA Rolling 12mo, Referral Partner Firms, Revenue & Fees, and Partner/Management Dashboard.

This creates live ambiguity and clutter in shared navigation, especially:

• generic short titles like Spend, Metrics, and Leads
• overlap risk like Spend versus older Marketing Spend
• mixed abbreviation styles like MVA Rolling 12mo
• inconsistent use of Dashboard suffix

Home dashboard component/report labels captured live

On Sam's Dashboard, component labels and source report titles showed abbreviation sprawl and one grammar issue:
