Live changes were not applied because the stored Google Ads OAuth refresh token returned invalid_grant: Token has been expired or revoked. The same revoked token appears in the local credential files and Notion API keys vault. A new OAuth flow was started using the SAIL Google Ads OAuth app and is waiting on the local browser callback at http://127.0.0.1:8080.
