Existing 2026-04-24 RingCentral modernization work had already identified serious linkage gaps: CTI call Tasks had very low direct Matter linkage, RingSense Tasks were only partially processed, and existing SAIL_Call_Log__c RingCentral rows had mixed Matter/Intake linkage. The prior local calls sync improved matching with Task-link, Party, and Insurance-name fallback, but unresolved call tasks remained high enough that this is now a priority task.
