Record the Meta Business invite status in Joe Choniski's onboarding runbook after Sam confirmed the invite was sent.

What was updated

• Updated the main access runbook to show Meta Business as invited / pending Joe acceptance.
• Updated Sam's action-item handoff to mark the invite itself complete while keeping acceptance and ID capture pending.
• Updated the existing Salesforce/RingCentral onboarding session log with the Meta follow-up.

• The CSV lists active Meta Business people only and does not include Joe yet.

Current state

• Joe has been invited to Meta Business Manager per Sam's confirmation on 2026-04-26.
• Joe still needs to accept the invite and confirm active access.
• Business Manager ID, ad account ID, Facebook page URL, and Instagram handle still need to be recorded.
