Session objective: Set up Joe Choniski for Salesforce / Litify using jchoniski@demandsam.com before his Monday 2026-04-27 start.

What Was Accomplished

• Confirmed LITIFY_ORG was connected as sam@kylawoffice.com.
• Confirmed no existing Joe Choniski / jchoniski@demandsam.com user existed.
• Created Joe as an inactive Salesforce user: 005UV000007erWDYAY.
• Set profile to Litify Marketing User, title to Chief Marketing Officer, and department to Marketing.
• Removed a stale litify_pm package assignment from inactive/departed user Niccole Medlin.
• Assigned Joe the litify_pm package license.
• Mirrored Sarah Parisi's marketing permission setup onto Joe, including Litify_Standard_User_PSG, marketing spend, projects, reviews, referrals, Litify intake/matter/power-user permissions, MFA authorization, report subscription, and view setup/configuration.
• Updated the Joe onboarding access runbook and handoff file.
• Logged the work in the Litify environment diary, OPS ledger, and admin/session_logs/litify-joe-choniski-salesforce-user-staging-2026-04-26.md.

Current Blocker

Activation failed because the org is at the Salesforce Platform license cap.

Live license state found during the run:

• Salesforce Platform: 44 total, 44 used.
• litify_pm: 48 total, 48 used.

Decision Made

I did not deactivate Sara Collins to free a seat. She has the stalest active login, but prior Litify notes mark her as active, and live queries showed she owns open Matters and open Tasks. That is not a clean automatic swap.
