• Confirmed no existing RingCentral user matched Joe Choniski or jchoniski@demandsam.com.
• Found five existing unassigned RingCentral user lines, so this appears to be an available-seat assignment rather than a new purchase.
• Identified candidate existing seat extension ID 370451052 with direct number +15029778063.
• Confirmed suggested extension number 155 is not currently in use.
• Attempted to assign the existing unassigned seat to Joe as a standard non-admin NotActivated user with Eastern time.

Blocker

• RingCentral returned InsufficientPermissions because the connected API app lacks EditExtensions.
• No RingCentral write was completed.
• Readback after the failed write confirmed Joe still does not exist in RingCentral and the five unassigned seats remain unassigned.

• In RingCentral Admin Console, assign existing unassigned extension ID 370451052 to Joe Choniski.
