Session Objective

Assess whether the untracked Custom_Intake_Page.flexipage-meta.xml artifact was causing duplicate Intake confirmation UI entries.

Findings

• Custom_Intake_Page exists live in LITIFY_ORG, but it is legacy metadata from 2022.
• Live Tooling API result: Custom_Intake_Page, Id 0M05e000009IJgNCAW, last modified 2022-01-11T21:00:17.000+0000.
• Local grep confirmed Custom_Intake_Page.flexipage-meta.xml does not reference litify_pm__Intake__c.Send_Confirmation or intakeSendConfirmationEmail.
• The actual duplicate-entry risk is on Collapsible_Intake_Page, where this project had both the header quick action and an embedded visible LWC card.

Staged Fix

• Removed the embedded intakeSendConfirmationEmail card from force-app/main/default/flexipages/Collapsible_Intake_Page.flexipage-meta.xml.
• Kept litify_pm__Intake__c.Send_Confirmation in the highlights panel actionNames.
• This should leave one user-facing entry point: the standard Send Confirmation action.

Verification

• git diff --check passed.
• Check-only deploy of the FlexiPage cleanup succeeded: 0AfUV000001VDMz0AO.
• The cleanup was committed and pushed as 7ea4184 on branch codex/intake-email-confirmation-2026-04-24.
• Draft PR #1 was updated.

Pending

Live deploy is intentionally pending because it removes a visible card from the active Intake record page. Deploy command when approved:
