Objective

Pick up the remaining Projects hygiene hard violations from the Apr 24 hygiene queue, confirm what is still live versus already fixed, and execute safe local cleanup without touching production systems.

What Was Found

• The Apr 24 TODO banner was stale. admin/session_logs/folder-hygiene-2026-04-24.md now records 0 hard violations and only one auto-fixed .DS_Store.
• A fresh Apr 25 run initially found 6 hard categories: root exports/, sail-content/, root seo/, credential-shaped Notion mirror filenames, Repos/.DS_Store, and broken local launchd plist paths.
• The real unresolved Apr 24-era item is now I9: 7 credential-shaped Notion mirror markdown files under Repos/sail-knowledge/raw/notion/.

Cleanup Completed

• Moved root exports/ into admin/inbox/teams-exports/root-exports-2026-04-25/.
• Moved root sail-content/ into admin/inbox/root-sail-content-2026-04-25/.
• Moved root seo/ into admin/inbox/root-seo-2026-04-25/.
• Moved 18 byte-identical duplicate-copy files into admin/scratch/projects-hygiene-cleanup-2026-04-25/duplicate-copies/.
• Deleted .DS_Store files through the folder hygiene guardian auto-fix.
• Updated four local launchd plists to existing local paths for RingCentral SMS sync and Screaming Frog crawl.
• Patched routines-build/routines/local-mac/folder_hygiene/check.sh so Repos/.DS_Store is handled by I2 instead of incorrectly becoming an I10 hard drift item.
• Updated TODO-AGENT-START-HERE.md to point at the current Apr 25 report.

Verification

• bash routines-build/routines/local-mac/folder_hygiene/check.sh now reports 1 hard violation: I9 Notion mirror credential-shaped filenames.
• plutil -lint passed for all four edited launchd plist files.
• Byte-identical duplicate copies were checked with cmp -s before moving. Non-identical copies were left in place.
