What Was Done

• Fetched all sitemaps with cache-busting query to bypass Cloudflare edge cache.
• Pulled 498 published items from WordPress (300 pages, 198 posts) via WP-CLI over SSH.
• Cross-referenced published content against sitemap URLs.
• Flushed WP object cache, deleted transients, purged WP Rocket cache, triggered RankMath sitemap regeneration.
• Re-fetched sitemaps post-flush: counts unchanged (expected, since the morning session already cleaned the cache).
• Saved human-readable audit as an appendix to sitemap-health-2026-04-23.md.
• Saved machine-readable orphan-action-list-2026-04-23.json for the Wednesday weekly orphan fixer.

Sitemap Inventory (Post-Flush)

Sitemap URL growth vs. morning Apr 23 report: pages 307→313 (+6), posts 205 (no change), categories 17 (no change), video 52 (no change).

Issues Found

Cross-Sitemap Duplicate (1) — CARRY-OVER

• https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/louisville-car-accident-lawyers/ appears in both page-sitemap AND post-sitemap. Morning session staged the fix at sitemap-fixes-2026-04-23/fix-louisville-car-accident-lawyers-dup.md (rename post 4236 slug + 301). Pending Sam's go-live approval.

Noindex Conflicts (3)

• ID 10059 hiring-top-trucking-attorney — persists 3+ weeks. Morning WPCode snippet (wpcode-rankmath-noindex-exclude.php) is the fix. Awaiting Sam to paste into WPCode.
