Objective

Continue the Lit Events calendar cutover by proving a no-attendee future migration can copy operational events without sending invites, then migrate the first future batch.

Completed

• Ran a future migration smoke test using 10 logical future Pleadings items.
• Created 13 temporary smoke entries on lit_events@kylawoffice.com, all with zero attendees.
• Verified smoke entries did not appear on Sam or Janelle personal calendars and did not copy to Pleadings.
• Deleted all 13 smoke entries after verification.
• Migrated Batch 1 future active events for April 24, 2026 through May 24, 2026.
• Batch 1 created 84 final-looking calendar objects on lit_events@kylawoffice.com.
• Deadline leadup series were compressed to due-date-only items for backlog migration.
• Timed single events were copied as single calendar-only items.
• The one true timed recurrence in the range was preserved.
