Create a separate Lit Events calendar workflow so litigation events are not broadcast through the main office calendar or broad Litigation distribution list.

Completed

• Backed up Pleadings before copying anything: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/backups/lit-events-migration-pleadings-backup-2026-04-24.json.
• Created lit_events@kylawoffice.com as a licensed mailbox/calendar identity with sign-in disabled.
• Created 11 owner routing groups: sam-lit, sara-lit, nick-lit, jon-lit, austinp-lit, trent-lit, jimmy-lit, abi-lit, terry-lit, payton-lit, and jeremy-lit.
• Added Katie and Donna as owners of every routing group and included them globally in group membership.
• Granted pilot calendar permissions only to Sam (write) and Janelle (read), with organization-wide visibility still limited to free/busy.
• Copied three [PILOT-LIT EVENTS] Sterusky SAM/SARA/NICK test items to Lit Events with only Sam and Janelle as attendees.
• Saved local handoff/SOP: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/handoffs/HANDOFF-lit-events-calendar-pilot-2026-04-24.md.
