Kudumba (koo-dum-bah) is built on a single principle: your family's stories belong to your family. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. That's it.
When you participate in a Kudumba interview, we collect the responses you share — stories, memories, names, and any other information you choose to include. If you participate in a voice interview (via phone with our AI interviewer, Kavi), we also collect your phone number and a recording of the call, which is transcribed and processed to create your archive entry.
We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed by Gumroad or Stripe, which have their own privacy policies.
