Walk With Me is an invitation to step outside to Nature, and invite inside.
It's inspired by mindfulness practices - to carve time for reflection and draw nourishment and inspiration from green spaces.
Every month on a Saturday morning, we come together in a guided session to reflect on things that matter to us. We do so individually, in conversation with nature, and in conversation with each other.
It's an initiative that the three of us came together to create in October 2020. It started because we sought out such a space for ourselves. And we'd like to invite you to it too. :)
