The end product was supposed to be a thorough, final-version preferences document that any future session could rely on without guessing. That did not fully happen. The document produced is a working draft, not a finished product. Sam identified multiple gaps and said the session did not do "the homework to nail this." The next session should treat this as a rebuild from the ground up, not a light edit.

It includes sections on the firm, default behavior, communication and writing style, marketing and branding, website and technical details, CRM and legal tech, and office/phone details.These items were identified during the session but not resolved. Lexington office street address: Sam confirmed the firm has a Lexington office, but the full street address was never provided. The preferences document currently lists only "Lexington, Kentucky" without a street address. Sam needs to supply this before the document is finalized.
Missing phone numbers: Memory has four numbers on file, but Sam said the document is missing "other area code numbers." It is unclear whether additional numbers exist beyond these four:

API and SSH first preference: Sam wants sessions to default to API and SSH access before opening a browser. This rule is not yet in the preferences document.
