Session Overview

This session started as a scheduled folder-cleanup task (automated, Sam not present) that scanned the entire Projects repo for duplicates, junk files, numbered copies, and organizational issues. The scheduled run produced a detailed report because the Cowork mount was read-only at that time.

When Sam came online, he asked to execute the cleanup items: pruning stale git worktrees, deleting numbered copy files across Adspire and Litify, removing cross-project duplicates, and archiving old bsg iteration folders.

Once that was done, Sam flagged the Servers Cleanup Repo (804 MB) as needing its migration logs gathered and consolidated. This became the second major task: reading through 694 MB of Robocopy logs, structured action/dedup logs, context documents, and scripts to build a single consolidated reference document (SERVER-MIGRATION-SUMMARY.md). The Robocopy logs were compressed from 692 MB to 36 MB, and 7 PDFs were converted to markdown with originals moved to a pdf-originals subfolder.

The bsg iteration folders (bsg_blocks, bsg_v2, bsg_v3, bsg_v4) were already archived in a prior session. bsg_v4_updated remains as the current version.
