Hey,
I'm going to lay out a brain dump of the things I've been chewing on, some for months, some for years.
I’m sure you’re seeing some similar things, some different things. This is a thought starter.
I think 80% of our growth problem is a creative production problem. Creative and landing pages — how we write/design them, how we produce them, how fast we ship them, how we test them, how we report on learnings.
The chain looks like this:
Creative production → How we test it → How often and where → How we report on it → How reports feed the next round of creative → How we layer on new channels and new products
We believe that in order to scale to 700, 800, 1000 new customers per day, we are going to have to advertise multiple products through multiple channels
But right now, we have yet to perfect the creative production → testing process for OG on Meta.
I believe if we figure that out, we can use the blue print, fundamentals, philosophy to add new channels — and then new products.
If we get the creative engine right, most of the other problems either solve themselves or become much easier to solve.
