Session Overview

This session started with a brand guide audit and quickly expanded into a full Litify data deep dive. Sam wanted an employee productivity dashboard built from real Litify/Salesforce data, which led to pulling and analyzing resolution data, intake data, communication logs, referral records, and attorney performance metrics. The session produced a working interactive HTML dashboard (V3), a detailed .docx analysis report, and multiple sub-analyses including a $0 fee audit, post-sign attrition breakdown, Trent Burns performance deep dive, communication proficiency report, and referral pipeline audit.

The goal evolved throughout the session: it began as a brand file cleanup task, shifted to building a productivity dashboard, then became a comprehensive firm data analytics project as each layer of Litify data revealed new questions and issues worth investigating.

What Was Accomplished

1. Brand Guide Audit

Scanned the ~/Projects folder and found brand guides scattered across 5+ locations with version conflicts. Identified a "sad-gagarin" Cowork session mirror that was duplicating approximately 30 files. Deletion and consolidation tasks were created but are waiting on folder access to execute.

2. Employee Productivity Dashboard (V3)

Built a fully interactive HTML dashboard using real Litify data pulled via Salesforce API (client_credentials flow). The dashboard includes these tabs:

The dashboard includes a time period selector with MTD, Rolling 30, and Rolling 12-month views, plus year-over-year comparison calculations.

3. Litify Data Analysis Report (.docx)

Created a formal Word document covering the full analysis. Key findings documented:
