Session objective

Build the next working layer of the Litify Knowledge Center around case-phase template hubs, organize the local template source material into a cleaner phase-based operating package, and produce at least one revised template draft that Sam can finish.

What got done

• Built a local phase-hub organizer at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Template-Refresh_project/Canonical_Source/98_Supporting_References/case-phase-hubs/.
• Created the live Litify build package at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Litify_AI_Integration_Project/docs/knowledge-center-case-phase-template-packs-2026-04-05.psv.
• Updated 7 existing draft Template Pack records in Knowledge__c and created Template Pack - Trial and Pretrial Templates (a5mUV0000004oKnYAI).
• Saved rollback artifacts under /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Litify_AI_Integration_Project/analytics/knowledge_center_case_phase_template_packs_2026-04-05/.
• Drafted and visually QAed a revised BI driver LOR at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Template-Refresh_project/output/doc/lor-third-party-bi-driver-revised-2026-04-05.docx.

Decisions made

• Build on the existing stage-level Template Pack records instead of inventing a new Litify lane.
• Use Canonical_Source/01_PreLit_Masters as the default pre-lit truth source and Litigation/*/Completed as the litigation/trial truth source.
• Keep the live records in Draft for now.
• Add a dedicated trial-stage pack because Trial previously had only a guide and no template hub.

What is still pending

• Attach or otherwise package the real files behind the live template-pack records.
• Continue treatment-pack normalization starting with BI and PIP LOR families.
• Expand the negotiation pack with cleaner supplement and counter-position correspondence.
• Decide whether to promote or further revise the BI LOR draft.
